  1. The prize is a luxury pet hamper.
  2. To enter the giveaway, you must follow the Healthy Pets Facebook page & comment your pet's name OR follow the Healthy Pets Twitter profile & comment your pet's name OR follow the Healthy Pets Instagram profile & comment your pet's name between 1/05/2023 and 11.59pm on 31/05/2023.
  3. You may enter up to 3 times by following & commenting on the prize draw post across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter & Instagram). You may not enter more than once on one post.
  4. The giveaway will run from 1/05/2023 to 11.59pm on 31/05/2023.
  5. The winners will be notified via social media within 7 working days of the end date of the giveaway. If winners cannot be contacted or do not claim/want the prize within 5 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The giveaway is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  8. The giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  9. The giveaway can be withdrawn at any time.
  10. This giveaway is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
  11. Employees of Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited Healthy Pets or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter.
  12. The winner will be chosen via a random selection process from all entries received and the process will be verified by our internal Risk and Compliance Team.

Winners agree that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the giveaway, may be used by Healthy Pets for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
    The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
