Status Update on Coronavirus

Healthy Pets Insurance is working hard to ensure that the impact of Coronavirus does not affect you or your policy.

Due to the impact of Coronavirus we are operating reduced call centre hours.  We are open 10am-3pm Monday to Friday. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.  

The team are happy to answer your query via email at [email protected].  Please rest assured that your pet's policy will continue as normal.

Our claims team continue to work as hard as possible on assessing your claims and responding to claim queries and we expect delays due to remote working conditions, thank you for bearing with us.

This page is updated on a regular basis in line with government advice and the current status of the working environment.  We aim to keep any disruption to a minimum in the event this status changes.
