What will stop me getting a voucher?
- A voucher will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed in these terms.
- Policies that are purchased over the phone are not eligible for a voucher. A voucher is only available for policies purchased online via the Lakeside website.
- A voucher is not available for customers renewing their current policy.
What else is essential?
- Once Healthy Pets can verify a qualifying purchase, gift cards will be sent to the email address that has been provided by you (the customer) that is associated with the Healthy pets policy within 120-180 days of your policy purchase date. Emails will be sent from the following email address [email protected].
- All transactions will be validated by Healthy Pets.
- After clicking through to the Healthy Pets website you must generate a new quote and buy the policy in the same session. If you leave the website and come back it will not track and no longer be valid.
- If you purchase an annual policy (or a policy with a duration over 90 days) and either you or your insurer cancel within 90 days or less of the purchase date, your voucher is not valid.
- If you purchase a policy with a duration 90 days or less and cancel at any point, your voucher is not valid.
- Subject to the points above and provided that all payments due at that point have been received, you can expect your voucher between 120-180 days after purchasing your policy.
- Healthy Pets withhold the right to withdraw this offer and also reserve the right to change or amend the reward and the structure of the offer at any time. Any decision made by Healthy Pets with regards to this offer is final.
- The voucher amount awarded will be based on the amount promoted on the Lakeside website on the day of purchase.
- For the purpose of tracking do not reject cookies when visiting the supplier's site as your voucher will not be tracked
- There is no restriction on how many times you can receive voucher. You will receive a voucher for each qualifying purchase.
What to do when
- Please contact [email protected] regarding voucher queries – only contact after 180 days from purchase.
- For transactional or tracking issues in relation to the payment of the voucher, please contact [email protected] Insurance directly or raise a claim using the process provided by Healthy Pets.
- We will make all reasonable endeavours to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
