Change your address
To change your address in your Healthy Pets account:
- Fill in and submit the form.
- You will receive an automated email from our systems to let you know we have received your request.
- Once submitted, we will be able to process your request and update our records accordingly.
- All future communications will be sent to the new address provided.
Should your policy's premium be affected, we will notify you in writing within five working days. If you pay by Direct Debit and there are changes to the amount, date, or frequency of your payments, Healthy Pets will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
