How to Renew
So, we've written to you with your renewal information. We would hope the letter gave clear guidance as to what to do next, but, just in case - and to ensure you uphold your duties as a caring pet parent - here's some guidance.
If you're currently paying by Direct Debit, then it's very straightforward: you need do nothing - the policy and payment will automatically continue with your current details.
If you pay by credit/debit card or cheque, then please use the online form - link below - to complete your renewal for this year.
Once complete you'll receive an automated email from our system to let you know we have your application. We'll then process your renewal payment within five working days and send out a letter of confirmation to you to let you know the policy has been renewed.
Please make sure your payment reaches us in plenty of time before your insurance runs out. That way we can ensure the renewal of your policy and continued cover before its renewal date, because, of course, we all know when our pet is going to have a mishap: if it's not the day before you go on holiday, it's the day you don't have insurance cover.
