Make A Claim

We are sorry that your Pet is unwell.
To make a claim, fill in the online Claim Form Request listed below.
Once submitted we will be able to process your request.
Please note:

(a) You do not need to inform us before your pet receives treatment.
(b) We can settle directly with your vet or yourself, the policyholder.
(c) Once received into the office we aim to have a claim decision within 10 working days.

Once submitted we will send a claim form via email; a Claim Form with sections to complete for both you and your vet. The form has step by step instructions on what sections need to be completed and by whom and then further instruction for returning your claim form to us.
