Healthy Pets wins Intelligent Choice Award

M&S Money and Healthy Pets were the only companies to gain the prestigious new Intelligent Choice Award for Customer Satisfaction in the pet insurance sector.
The Intelligent Choice Awards are based on real customer experiences and opinions.   Results are collected through the company’s Insurance Behaviour Tracker product which surveys 1,000 consumers every quarter via the web site.
“The Intelligent Choice Awards were launched earlier this year to acclaim from both suppliers and buyers who recognised the value of an award voted for entirely by customers - not specialist judges or experts,” said Ian Hughes, Managing Director of Consumer Intelligence. “Our congratulations go to Healthy Pets and M&S Money for delivering great customer satisfaction.”
M&S will be particular pleased as they won this award for Motor and Home insurance earlier in the year.  As an independent, Healthy Pets were pleased to come out ahead of some bigger and better known companies.  CEO, Mark Effenberg, said “We are delighted with this award as customer satisfaction has always been of utmost importance to Healthy Pets.”
About Consumer Intelligence

Consumer Intelligence (Ci) benchmarks price and service performance of financial services providers. It provides unique insights into competitor pricing and customer experiences, their attitudes, opinions and behaviours. For more information, visit the company web site or email [email protected]

About Ci Insurance Behaviour Tracker

Insurance Behaviour Tracker (IBT) is a tracking survey of insurance purchasers. It measures real customer behaviour, attitudes and intentions before, during and after the purchase process. This provides a comprehensive picture of consumer behaviour and their interaction and relationship with insurance providers at this critical point – what makes them buy? Renew? Or switch?
