Healthy Pets wins Intelligent Choice Award


M&S Money and Healthy Pets were the only companies to gain the prestigious new Intelligent Choice Award for Customer Satisfaction in the pet insurance sector.
 
The Intelligent Choice Awards are based on real customer experiences and opinions.   Results are collected through the company’s Insurance Behaviour Tracker product which surveys 1,000 consumers every quarter via the CiMysteryShopping.com web site.
 
“The Intelligent Choice Awards were launched earlier this year to acclaim from both suppliers and buyers who recognised the value of an award voted for entirely by customers - not specialist judges or experts,” said Ian Hughes, Managing Director of Consumer Intelligence. “Our congratulations go to Healthy Pets and M&S Money for delivering great customer satisfaction.”
